May is such a wonderful month around here. School gets out, the weather takes a turn towards warm, and most importantly birthdays! AND to add to the specialness this year my younger sister Elizabeth, graduated from Payson High! Due to this amazing time of year Reuben actually took some vacation time. It was fun to have him home and just do whatever he wanted to do.

Since my family would not be around for Dad's birthday we went over to Payson to have an early triple celebration! We celebrated my dad turning 57, Corben turning three, and Elizabeth graduating. I made this cheesecake for all three of them. It was a lot of fun to come up with the ideas. Dad=cherries and cheesecake. Elizabeth=cheesecake (again) and graduation caps. Corben=Thomas and train tracks. It was DELICIOUS!
